The subject of management is an employee in a managerial position at various levels - from the team leader to the CEO, or a group of people, for example, the board of directors. Management objects include both people and phenomena and processes that are targeted by the actions of subjects - ordinary employees, contractors, suppliers, partners, analytical data, resources.
The subject of management can be called the word "manager", although this causes some confusion in the concepts. For example, the position of SMM manager and sales manager does not imply managerial work in the traditional sense. In order not to confuse concepts, for simplicity we will call the subject of management "the head".Search This Blog
