Any management activity can be called management. This concept is most often used in business and some government organizations.
The fundamentals of management come down to three components:- who controls whom;
- how is the management process implemented?;
- how this happens.
The management process comes in different scales and levels, but each involves the following skills:
- business process management;
- forming a work team, maintaining a positive and working atmosphere;
- understanding and allocating valuable resources — human and material;
- making informed decisions within the required time frame;
- market analysis.
